Our Black Thorn is incredibly creamy and sweet. Within the first bite, it is like a thick custard and quickly coats the entire tongue. It has a hint of bitterness, tastes creamy, has a rosy orange shade and some wrinkles. Compared to more common durians, this rendition is less fibrous and smooth!

In 2013, MARDI certified it into its durian registration as D200, and it is also the first prize award winner in 2011, 2012 Penang State Durian Competition! Guess what?!
